journey notes

Three Months Later

November14

I found my blog.  Not that it was lost, exactly.  More that I’ve been postponing writing until I had a more consistent, better internet connection.  Three months after moving to the new city, I’ve decided to just begin to blog on Saturdays when I go to a local coffee shop which has good internet access.  (I do have email access at home.  Please don’t be discouraged from emailing.)

So, what to say after three months?  The transition has been blessed–every need provided for in providential and abundant ways.  The transition has been difficult– emotionally and physically challenging.  The transition has been very good–change and challenge were needed.

I love my new city and apartment and school.  The loss of friends and contacts was perhaps the hardest part of change, but I am blessed now to enjoy the development of new relationships and to see the value of a few dependable ones.

I’ll try to pick up on blogging about life events again.  In a way, I once again doubt my ability to share anything worthwhile.  But, in another way, I cannot refrain from passing on to those who love and support me the stories of His goodness.
